This guiding principle has accompanied and shaped me for more than 20 years in the field of HR / People & Organization in my various roles at local, regional and international level.

Involving people to further develop organizations was and remains the core theme of my work. Employees cannot have a say in everything, but they should and must be involved in shaping the successful transformation and advancement of companies. This can be painful and will never be perceived positively by everyone, but there is no reasonable alternative.
